A mask is used as a way to hide behind it. People use them so that they can feel better about themselves. People can wear a mask to let people see a fake side of themselves. Most of the time you don't know what people are really going through. They just put a smile on their face to allow other to think that they're okay but in reality they're not. In making my mask I chose to do a Disney theme because it showed how people on a normal day dress up and pretend to be someone else for the day. It's a lot easier if you can just pretend to be someone else, like on halloween when I dress up I feel like a different person and kind of take on the role of my costume. Hiding behind a mask just makes getting through life easier especially nowadays.
